Holistic wellbeing classes for all ages — Yoga for ladies, Chair Yoga for seniors, and Stretch / Strengthen / Pilates. All sessions run at SGSS Hounslow. Walk-ins welcome unless otherwise noted.

A monthly evening for 18–30s combining sangat, networking, career and entrepreneurship chats, wellbeing, and seva projects — English-first. A way in that starts with connection and service, not only formal religious practice. Register your interest.

A Sikh community programme on grooming, child sexual exploitation and radicalisation — an epidemic affecting the Sikh community. Information desk: every first Sunday of the month, 10:00am–2:00pm.
